Woman Up in 2015
March is Women’s month and time to Woman Up. Here are some of the “Up” trends I see for 2015 for women of all ages.
Q. You note that 2015 could be an “Up” year for women in the workplace why?
A. 2015 will be an “Up” year for women who are pursuing job promotions, salary increases or executive leadership roles in their firms. If they don’t find what they want women will look elsewhere. Whether women choose to stay where they are or choose to explore 2015 can be a win-win.
