Women Lead and they will show you the way
A key book for working women launched in March, Women Lead: Career Perspectives from Workplace Leaders
Women Lead did not garner the major media press given to Sheryl Sandberg's book, but it is certainly reaching the hearts and minds of working women in America. The book stemmed from two research studies conducted in 2012/2013; a quantitative study of over 3000 men and women managers in the US, and interviews with over 200 women leaders in a variety of industries, across the US on their perspectives on women, leadership and careers.
